Between the vast fields and close to the sea, Abdeshof grew from an old cow stable into a warm place where guests feel at home. What started as a family farm has been carefully transformed over the years into a cozy holiday home and B&B.
In 2021, the story was continued by the next generation. With respect for the past and an eye for comfort, the accommodation was expanded in 2024 with four additional rooms, a spacious living area, and a covered terrace — now totaling 9 rooms, suitable for groups of up to 30 people.
During weekends, Het Abdeshof is rented out as a holiday home in its entirety. From May to September, the rooms are rented out separately in a B&B format, including breakfast.
The Home
The Abdeshof is the ideal holiday home for a weekend getaway with family, friends, colleagues, … With our central location on the Belgian coast, it is the perfect base to explore the region. We have a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen.

The Rooms
We have 9 spacious rooms, of which 6 are on the first floor and 3 on the ground floor. Each room is equipped with its own bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Additionally, all rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a smooth connection to our free WiFi.
The rooms are furnished with comfortable box springs: double beds of 180 cm and, in the family rooms, additional single beds of 90 cm or bunk beds.
Each bed is provided with a down comforter and pillow. Upon request, two baby cots and two folding beds are also available. You can bring your own bedding or easily rent it from us.

Children can fully enjoy themselves on the playground with a large grass field – ideal for hours of outdoor fun.
There is a trampoline, a petanque court, and plenty of space around the building to ride the go-carts.
For the little ones, three high chairs are available, so they can comfortably join at the table.

on the coast
Holiday home Het Abdeshof is quietly situated in the middle of the Middelkerke polders and 2 km from the sea.
Due to the numerous cycling junctions and walking routes in the area, we are popular with cyclists and hikers. Given the central location on the Belgian coastline, we form the ideal base for visiting the nearby coastal towns.

Note: From the end of November until March 2026, we will be renovating the remaining 5 rooms. During this period, we will have a temporary capacity of 8 rooms for 25 people. The rates for 2025 are valid for this period. From April onwards, we will apply the rates below.
